The villa takes its evocative name from the springboard salto nel blu, a leap into the blue, which is part of the Antenne trail, a naturalistic itinerary on the hill behind the property and famous throughout Europe among mountain-bike enthusiasts. From its elevated position, Villa nel Blu dominates the stretch of coastline where the renowned Riviera dei Fiori begins, offering guests an extraordinary perspective over Capo Mele and the town of Andora. Exposed stone adorns the base of the villa, four dormer windows peek out from the sloping roof, and the large terraces on the first floor invite you to step outside and gaze into the blue horizon. The property is surrounded by a lush garden of approximately 450 sq m, where different species of plants and colourful flowers frame the panoramic solarium area and the stunning infinity pool. A gravel driveway inside the property provides convenient private parking for up to 4 cars, accessible through an automatic entrance gate. Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the villa, ensuring you remain connected during your stay.

Outdoors

The garden of Villa nel Blu extends over approximately 450 sq m and unfolds across different levels connected by a few steps, adorned with low stone walls that reflect the thousand-year-old dry stone wall construction tradition of the Imperia area, a craft recognized as UNESCO heritage. Partially fenced and rich in plants, flowers, and trees characteristic of the Riviera dei Fiori, the garden is a true celebration of the local landscape and its particularly mild climate. A characteristic stone path leads to the centrepiece of the outdoor space: an infinity pool of approximately 30 sq m with an original geometric design, facing east with a magnificent view of the sea, Capo Mele, and Andora. The pool features 5 large steps for gradual immersion, a maximum depth of 1.30 m, lake-blue PVC lining, internal spotlights, and a salt purification system. The pool is non-heated as standard but can be heated at an extra cost. It is available from the last Saturday of April until the last Saturday of October. The surrounding solarium platform, finished in part with stone paving and in part with teak wood, is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, and chairs, as well as a cold-water shower. On the south-facing side of the garden, a large outdoor dining area with table and chairs communicates directly with the ground floor kitchen, making al fresco meals a natural part of daily life at the villa. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Villa nel Blu is a spacious and elegantly arranged property capable of accommodating up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed over 3 floors. The entrance to the villa is through a brick-built veranda on the first floor, which leads into a bright living room with large windows opening onto a terrace. Beyond the living room, a large open-plan area houses a kitchen with a central island and a dining table. A bathroom and laundry room complete this floor. A staircase adjacent to the living room ascends to the sleeping area on the second floor, an attic level featuring 2 double bedrooms connected by a small corridor and a bathroom with shower. Descending from the first floor, a second staircase leads to the ground floor, which comprises a twin bedroom with joinable beds, a double bedroom with an adjoining sitting room and direct access to the garden, 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is en-suite, and a large kitchen with a dining area that also opens directly onto the garden.

Villa nel Blu welcomes pets, with 1 animal accepted subject to prior authorisation from the owner. Before arrival, guests must communicate the number, size, and breed of the animal to obtain approval. Acceptance of more than 1 animal is possible only upon separate agreement with the owner. Parking for up to 4 cars is available along the gravel driveway inside the property, accessible through an automatic entrance gate. The infinity pool is available from the last Saturday of April until the last Saturday of October.
