The approximately 8,000 sq m grounds are laid out in a Mediterranean style, featuring olive and ornamental trees, succulent and aromatic plants, and rocky terraces that create a fragrant and visually captivating environment. A well-kept lawn in front of the villa extends gracefully towards the infinity pool, inviting guests to enjoy the seamless transition between garden and water. The non-heated infinity pool is a true architectural highlight, built in brick with steps to facilitate access to the water. Measuring 10 x 4 m with a depth of 1.40 m, it faces the sea directly, allowing guests to enjoy magnificent sunsets even while swimming. One side of the pool area features a drop of 1.5 m, fitted with decorative metal guards for safety. The border of light-coloured bricks is equipped with 6 sunbeds and 2 deckchairs, creating an ideal setting for sunbathing and relaxation. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Adjacent to the pool, a convenient external bathroom complete with shower is available for guests' use, decorated with coloured cement tiles in authentic Italian style. The patio facing the pool is furnished with a wonderful wooden lounge area, perfect for unwinding in the shade. On the lawn, a precious Indonesian-style day bed with awnings provides an exclusive retreat for moments of quiet relaxation. A dedicated relaxation area with stone sofas has been created next to a splendid original Pajara, offering a uniquely atmospheric corner of the garden. The outdoor dining area, situated close to the swimming pool, features a large stone table, a generous canopy overhead, and a brickwork corner bar, making it an ideal setting for dinners and convivial evenings in authentic Mediterranean style. A functional laundry room with external access, equipped with a sink and all necessary accessories, completes the outdoor facilities. On the opposite side of the villa, set symmetrically, are the remaining 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and 1 twin bedroom with joinable beds, which is adjacent to the guest bathroom. The sober and elegant style, combined with soft colour tones, gives all rooms a welcoming and deeply relaxing character. A convenient laundry room, accessible from the outside and equipped with a sink and accessories, completes the interior layout of the villa.
