The park of La Buganvilla extends across 4 unfenced hectares of flat land, predominantly laid to lawn and enriched with olive trees, palms, hibiscus, a young olive grove, and rows of vines. The property's borders are softened by roses, oleanders, laurels, rosemary, aromatic herbs, and the vivid purple bougainvillea from which the villa takes its name. The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to encourage both convivial gatherings and peaceful solitude. Twenty metres from the villa, directly outside the French windows of 2 ground floor bedrooms, lies a large travertine-paved gazebo featuring a natural stone dining table, an outdoor sitting area, and a cast-iron grill set on a generous stone ledge equipped with worktops and a sink. An additional 3 bedrooms are served by 2 porticos, further extending the seamless connection between interior and exterior living. As evening falls, the park is beautifully illuminated by corten lanterns and romantic spotlights positioned at the base of the trees, creating an enchanting atmosphere against the backdrop of Campiglia Marittima glowing on its hill.

The non-heated swimming pool is situated 25 metres from the villa, on the same level as the ground floor, and oriented to the southwest to ensure full sun exposure throughout the day and spectacular views of the countryside sunsets beyond the vineyard. Measuring 14 by 5 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres, the pool is lined in light blue PVC with a stoneware border and features salt purification and a metal ladder for water access. The surrounding sunbathing area, finished in non-slip stoneware, is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a solar shower. The pool also benefits from lighting both within the water and across the surrounding lawn area. A pool cover is available on request, and pool heating can also be arranged on request for an additional fee. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

One of these first-floor bedrooms opens directly onto the open-plan living area. A second kitchen is also available, equipped with an LPG hob, an American fridge, and a dishwasher. The fireplaces present in the villa are ornamental in nature.
