The portico, directly adjacent to the kitchen and accessible via a French window, is arranged as a fully equipped al fresco dining area with tables and chairs, perfect for leisurely meals in the open air. Just a few steps away, you will find a barbecue and a ping pong table, ideal for relaxed afternoons with family or friends. A terrace in a privileged elevated position offers uninterrupted panoramic views over the Verona skyline, providing a truly spectacular setting in which to unwind and take in the landscape. Throughout the park, paved areas are furnished with seats and tables, while the lawn areas with olive trees, tall trees, and flowering bushes create a lush and tranquil atmosphere. The non-heated swimming pool is located in the section of the park that borders the olive grove, surrounded by tall, shady trees, and is reached from the villa via an internal path of approximately 100 metres. Rectangular in shape and measuring 8 x 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, the pool is lined in PVC and bordered by light stone paving that harmonises beautifully with the pool interior. It is equipped with chlorine purification, internal lighting, and Roman steps for easy water access. The sunbathing area surrounding the pool is paved and furnished with sunbeds, a cold-water shower, and a gazebo that serves as an additional outdoor dining area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Pets are welcome at the villa, with a maximum of animals accepted subject to the applicable conditions. An additional mandatory cleaning fee applies for guests travelling with animals. The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, gas for cooking use, and water, as well as weekly linen change and both an initial and a final cleaning of the property. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival.
