Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Cosciano are a seamless extension of the villa's warm and welcoming character, offering a variety of settings in which to enjoy the Tuscan landscape at every hour of the day. The garden, covered in natural grass and enriched by dense bushes and mature trees including holm oaks, oaks, olives, and myrtle, provides generous shade throughout the day, particularly in the area behind the villa, where comfortable wooden benches invite guests to sit, breathe in the fresh air, and simply unwind. Fragrant herbs such as rosemary and sage grow throughout the garden, adding a sensory dimension to every stroll and offering fresh ingredients to enhance your cooking. On the covered, terracotta-tiled patio adjacent to the dining room, a cosy outdoor dining area provides the perfect setting for alfresco meals, directly connected to the interior through a French window for effortless indoor-outdoor living. The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the garden area in front of the property, set at a slightly lower level than the villa and reached via a path across the lawn. Rectangular in shape with a stone border, it measures 18 x 6 metres with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 3 metres, and features salt purification, internal lighting, and Roman steps for easy access to the water. The surrounding solarium extends across 100 square metres of terracotta and 200 square metres of lawn bordering the woods, and is fully equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds for maximum comfort. Two changing rooms and a cold-water shower are also available within the pool area, which is framed by a rich vegetation of olive trees, holm oaks, and laurel. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower offers a comfortable and private retreat. A further twin bedroom with joinable beds benefits from a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Finally, a suite comprising a sitting area, a double bedroom, and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub provides the most luxurious accommodation option within the villa. Throughout the interior, warm wooden furniture, terracotta floors, and exposed beamed ceilings preserve the authentic flavour of the traditional Tuscan farmhouse.
