The fenced garden, spanning approximately 1,100 square meters with a net fence height of 1.3 m, is arranged over 3 terraced levels connected by gravel paths and paved areas that lead to shaded relaxation zones and the main entrances of both the villa and the annex. The vegetation is rich and varied, featuring olive, birch, fir, oak, palm, and ornamental plants that provide natural shade and a sense of seclusion throughout the warmer months. A covered porch in front of the annex is fully equipped for outdoor dining and overlooks the pool directly, furnished with a large dining table and a barbecue, making it an ideal setting for evening meals in the open air. Near the main entrance, a gazebo houses a foosball table, adding a playful recreational element to the garden. The non-heated pool is located on an upper level, approximately 20 meters from the villa, and is surrounded by hedges, olive trees, palm trees, and seasonal blooms. Irregularly shaped, it measures 11 x 4.4 m with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.45 m, features a PVC lining and chlorine purification system, and is accessible via a Roman staircase and a metal ladder. Both indoor and outdoor lighting are available at the pool area. The adjoining solarium is partly laid with lawn and partly paved, and is furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, chairs, and a solar shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photo shoots of the property are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens and surrounding greenery may vary depending on the time of your arrival.

On the first floor, a relaxation area connects to a kitchen with a fireplace and direct external access via an external staircase, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a divisible bed, and 2 additional bedrooms each furnished with a French bed. The independent annex is accessed via 6 steps and features a living room with a kitchenette, a TV, and a dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. French windows in the annex open onto the covered porch that faces the pool. It should be noted that the property borders on one side the owners' residence, which is sometimes used as a holiday home, with the respective gardens separated by a fence.

Tourist tax is applicable at a rate of 1.50 per person per night for the first 5 nights of the stay; children under 12 years of age are exempt from this charge. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen, and initial and final cleaning.
