The property also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either at the balance stage or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00€ and subject to the restrictions provided.
