The non-heated swimming pool is positioned approximately 15 metres from the villa, on the same level, and is rectangular in shape, measuring 12 x 6 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres. It features a PVC coating, a brick border, chlorine purification, and can be accessed via a submerged staircase and a metal ladder. The surrounding terracotta solarium is furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, a gazebo with a dedicated relaxation area, and a solar shower. Interior lighting allows the pool to be enjoyed well into the evening hours. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Pets are welcome at the property. Please note that an additional mandatory cleaning fee applies in the case of animals staying at the villa.
