The property sits within approximately 1,500 square metres of partially fenced grounds, beautifully planted with lawn, palms, cycas, and low stone borders, while a liburnum hedge marks the boundary and offers partial views of the sea. A gravel drive leads to a shaded parking area accommodating 2 cars, ensuring convenient and comfortable arrivals. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the property, keeping you connected during your stay. The expansive yard, with its lush Mediterranean planting and carefully maintained outdoor spaces, creates an atmosphere of privacy and tranquillity that defines the Villa Serena experience.

The rectangular swimming pool, measuring 9 x 4 metres with a maximum depth of 1.30 metres, lies just outside the main living space and is lined in light-blue PVC with chlorine purification and access via a metal ladder. A decorative amphora with a waterfall feature is positioned at one end of the pool, adding an elegant ornamental touch. The surrounding solarium is paved in Trani stone and equipped with sunbeds, offering a refined space for sunbathing and relaxation. The pool is non-heated and is illuminated for evening use, remaining open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. A cold-water shower is discreetly positioned behind the house, with an additional cold-water shower located on the solarium terrace. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

The property accepts pets of small size, provided that acceptance is previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, their size, and breed. A tourism tax may apply depending on current local regulations. The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the ZeroDep Guarantee, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival; instead, you benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided.
