The 5,000 sq m fenced garden is planted with an impressive array of native Mediterranean trees and flowering shrubs, including oaks, pines, mastic trees, strawberry trees, carob trees, and cedars of Lebanon. Winding paths lead through the grounds to a charming pond with aquatic plants and a small children's play area, making the garden equally appealing to younger guests. Three distinct outdoor dining areas are available for your enjoyment: a pergola near the villa shaded by wisteria, furnished with a stone table and chairs; a covered outdoor kitchen equipped with a wood-burning oven and barbecue; and a gazebo set within the oak grove, offering a more secluded al fresco experience.

The non-heated saltwater pool is situated approximately 30 m from the villa, reached via a stone path and 3 steps. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 m with a depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.50 m, and features PVC lining with saltwater purification via electrolysis and Roman steps for easy entry. The surrounding solarium is furnished with sunbeds and naturally shaded by mulberry, fig, hazelnut, and peach trees. A cold-water shower is available poolside, along with a changing room and an additional bathroom with shower located nearby. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
