Guests enjoy the convenience of on-site parking, with 4 covered spaces and 2 uncovered spaces accessible via 2 separate driveways, as well as seamless connectivity through Wi-Fi internet access throughout the stay.

Outdoors

The expansive garden surrounding Casa del Duca is a serene and picturesque retreat, gently sloped and bordered by Mediterranean scrub, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. A paved path leads from the entrance gate to the villa's main entrance and outdoor dining area, creating a welcoming arrival experience. A wrought-iron gazebo, complete with a table and seating area, is positioned in front of the main entrance and provides an elegant space for outdoor relaxation. The grounds are rich with mature vegetation, including olive trees, citrus trees, pines, cypresses and almond trees, composing a naturally beautiful environment that changes with the seasons. Please note that photographs of the garden were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

The non-heated swimming pool is located approximately 100 metres from the villa, reached via an internal garden path and set in a panoramic position surrounded by a pinewood. Rectangular in shape, the pool measures 13 by 6 metres, with a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.20 metres. It features a PVC lining, a salt purification system and internal lighting. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a cold-water shower, making it an ideal space for sunbathing and relaxation. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Casa del Duca is arranged across 3 levels, plus a basement, and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the villa opens into an entrance hall, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with external access to the outdoor dining area via 3 steps down, a study with television, and a bright living room with views over the Gulf of Portoferraio. This floor also features 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the lower floor, 2 twin bedrooms are available, one of which has joinable beds, sharing a bathroom with a bathtub and shower attachment; both rooms benefit from direct garden access. On the first floor, 1 double bedroom is appointed with a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and sea views, while a further double bedroom features a 1.40-metre-wide bed, a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The basement houses a dedicated laundry room with external access. Please note that the fireplaces present throughout the villa are ornamental.

Pets are welcome at Casa del Duca, subject to prior written authorisation from the owner. Guests must communicate the number of animals, their size and breed before arrival. A maximum of 1 small-sized animal is permitted per stay.

The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen service and initial and final cleaning. The stay also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning no security deposit is required either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided under the policy terms.
