A fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning oven serves as the heart of this floor, complemented by a guest bathroom and an additional bathroom with shower. The ground floor also houses 5 double bedrooms: 1 features an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the remaining 4 each offer an en suite bathroom with shower, an extra single bed, and direct garden access through French windows. The first floor is accessed via an external staircase located in the courtyard and contains a second kitchen along with 2 double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom with shower. The laundry room is situated in a nearby annex. Air conditioning is available throughout the property, with the exception of the kitchens.
