The garden at Villa Loredana is a beautifully landscaped outdoor sanctuary extending over approximately 3,000 sqm, with lawns arranged across several levels connected by stone steps and framed by hedges, cypress trees, and Mediterranean plantings. A shaded dining area beneath a large tree invites al fresco meals in the open air, while a stone terrace adorned with colourful potted plants provides an elegant setting for relaxing moments. A brick barbecue positioned near the pool area is ideal for outdoor cooking and convivial gatherings. At the far end of the garden, a decorative pond adds a tranquil and picturesque finishing touch to the landscape. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

The pool area is situated on a slightly lower level than the main house and is accessed via a tiled path. The main swimming pool, which is non-heated, measures 12 x 6 metres with a variable depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.40 metres. It is rectangular in shape, fitted with a PVC lining, chlorine purification system, internal lighting, and a metal ladder for access. Adjacent to it, a dedicated children's pool measures 6 x 3 metres with a constant depth of 0.50 metres, making it perfectly safe for younger guests. Both pools are bordered by a light stone solarium furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, small tables, and ornamental features. A shower is also available within the pool area. The pools are open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

On the first floor, guests will find 2 double bedrooms, a master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, complemented by a further bathroom with shower.

The annexe, on its ground floor, comprises a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom with shower, and a service kitchen with a washing machine, with direct access to a tiled terrace featuring a wooden roof. The first floor of the annexe hosts a twin bedroom with joinable beds, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, which is equipped with a hand shower but no bidet. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and in the living room of the main farmhouse.
