Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Castiglione are thoughtfully designed to offer a complete al fresco living experience across a variety of distinct areas. The private swimming pool is situated at the rear of the villa, approximately 30 m from the house and discreetly screened by hedges. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 m with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 2.20 m, and is lined with sand-coloured PVC and bordered with stone. The pool is non-heated and features chlorine purification, internal lighting, and a metal ladder for access. A 60 sqm paved solarium surrounds the pool and is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas for comfortable sunbathing. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Adjacent to the pool, a large 60 sqm gazebo serves as a fully equipped summer entertaining space, complete with a kitchen, barbecue, smart TV, dining area, and comfortable seating. A hot-water shower and a guest bathroom are also conveniently located in this area. A second, smaller 15 sqm gym gazebo fitted with glass blinds houses a treadmill and provides a sheltered space for outdoor exercise. The main dining portico, spanning 30 sqm, is accessible from both the living room and the garden and offers an ideal setting for outdoor meals. A small portico also opens directly from one of the ground floor bedrooms. Also on this floor is a single bedroom with a queen-size bed, which benefits from terrace access and is connected to both the study and the adjacent double bedroom. The basement level houses a sitting area, a fully equipped wellness suite featuring a Finnish sauna, a reaction tub with chromotherapy, a treadmill, a shower, and a guest bathroom, as well as a laundry room with access to the garden via an external staircase.

An owner's annex is located 1.5 m behind the pool gazebo and is not accessible to guests. The villa's rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests do not pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival, and benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during their stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 € and subject to the limitations provided.
