The villa is enveloped by a 10,000 sqm enclosed garden featuring a natural lawn, a charming olive grove, and an abundance of colourful flowering plants that bring the landscape to life throughout the seasons. An outdoor dining area positioned beneath a tiled portico is beautifully adorned with climbing plants and decorative flower pots, creating an idyllic setting for al fresco summer meals. A natural pond graced with water lilies adds a touch of romantic charm to the grounds, while a traditional wood-burning oven and barbecue complete the outdoor entertaining facilities. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

The swimming pool area, located just a few steps from the main house and accessed via terracotta steps and a paved pathway, is a highlight of the outdoor experience. The pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 12.5 x 6 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.50 metres. It features a PVC lining with a terracotta border, salt purification, and internal lighting provided by 2 underwater spotlights, with Roman steps for easy access. The large pool terrace is partly paved in terracotta and partly laid with natural lawn, and is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. The entire area is surrounded by lush vegetation and potted plants, flanked by the estate's olive grove. The pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

This floor also houses a double bedroom complete with an en suite bathroom with shower, as well as a twin bedroom with direct access to the outside and its own en suite bathroom with shower.

The first floor is home to 4 additional bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms each enjoy access to a private terrace, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. A bathroom with both a bathtub and shower serves this area of the floor. A further twin bedroom and an additional bathroom with shower are also located on this level, along with a double bedroom featuring its own en suite bathroom with shower.

Waste disposal must be carried out in accordance with the instructions provided at check-in, including proper sorting of garbage as directed. Failure to dispose of garbage according to the provided instructions will result in a charge of €80.00 applied at check-out. If garbage has not been sorted at all, a charge of €200.00 will apply.
