The French windows of the living area open directly onto a terrace that leads to the swimming pool and solarium, seamlessly connecting the interior with the exterior. The solarium is divided between lawn and paved areas and is furnished with sunbeds for sunbathing. A cold-water shower is conveniently available on the lawn. The non-heated swimming pool, located just a few steps from the house, measures 10 x 3.5 m with a constant depth of 1.2 m. It is equipped with chlorine purification, internal and external lighting, and submerged steps for easy and safe access. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.
