The French windows of the living area open directly onto a terrace where the swimming pool takes centre stage, just a few steps from the house and positioned directly in front of the living area. The non-heated pool measures 11 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.30 metres and features a rectangular shape with PVC lining, chlorine purification, and both internal and external lighting for enjoyable night-time use. Submerged steps provide easy access to the water, while a dedicated relaxation area with sunbeds on a paved surface and a cold-water shower on the lawn complete the poolside experience. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
