The surrounding sunbathing area is fully fenced and equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

The ground floor is divided into 2 independent units, each with its own separate entrance. These units are not internally connected at ground level but both provide access to the shared first floor via their respective staircases. Unit 1 on the ground floor features an open-plan living area with a dining table and kitchen, a children's play area, a living room with a sofa and ornamental fireplace, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Unit 2 on the ground floor comprises a double bedroom with an ornamental fireplace and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor, connected by a corridor, the layout includes 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a raised single bed particularly suited to children, and 2 double bedrooms, one of which features a 140 cm-wide bed. A shared bathroom on the first floor is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower.
