The non-heated pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 10 x 4 meters with a uniform depth of 1.60 meters. Finished in resin and accessible via a Roman staircase, it is equipped with both internal and external lighting and benefits from a salt purification system. The pool is positioned on the same level as the main villa, approximately 3 meters from the main building and 30 meters from the annex. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. The surrounding solarium area is furnished with sun loungers and deckchairs, creating an inviting space for relaxation throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool terrace, a traditional wood-burning oven is embedded within a stone terrace alongside an integrated lounge area, offering an atmospheric setting for outdoor dining and entertaining. On the northeastern side of the property, the boundary wall is lined with prickly pear trees, while the area beyond features olive trees and a variety of seasonal fruit trees, including persimmons, almond trees, apricots, plums, and carob trees.
