The non-heated swimming pool is a central feature of the outdoor area, situated on the same level as the ground floor of the villa and accessible directly from the living area, approximately 3 meters away. Rectangular in shape and measuring 10 x 4 meters with a constant depth of 1.30 meters, the pool is covered with a PVC cloth and features access steps, both indoor and outdoor lighting, a cold water shower, and a salt-based sanitation system. A solarium area of approximately 100 square meters surrounds the pool, complete with sunbeds and an umbrella. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.

This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00€ and subject to the restrictions provided.
