The outdoor spaces of Baia L'Aura are among its most remarkable features, offering a variety of terraces and natural settings designed to suit every mood and moment of the day. An automatic gate on the provincial road leads to a large terrace with 3 covered parking spaces and 3 uncovered ones, from which wooden walkways, stone paths, and cobbled terraces guide you through the Mediterranean garden to the various buildings. Each cottage benefits from its own private bleached wooden terrace, furnished with a shaded relaxation area, allowing guests to enjoy moments of quiet seclusion with sea views. The heart of the outdoor area is a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, featuring an outdoor dining area, relaxation zones, and scenic corners ideal for watching the horizon at any hour. A dedicated path leads to a gate opening onto a stone terrace by the sea, equipped with a shaded pergola and sunbeds perfectly positioned for relaxing between swims. A short flight of stairs leads to a platform overlooking the sea, fitted with sunbeds, a shaded awning, and an outdoor shower, from where guests may dive directly into the crystal-clear waters below. 2 cold-water showers are available outside: one on the stone terrace and one on the lawn terrace. Sunbeds are distributed across the various terraces throughout the property. Please be aware that the dry-stone walls typical of the area are very low and overlook the cliff, making the property unsuitable for children under the age of 10. As the property does not feature a swimming pool, it instead offers a private descent to the sea, providing direct and privileged access to the water. Please note that photos are taken in spring, and therefore the flower blossoming and the colours of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Annex 1, of approximately 70 sq m, contains 2 mirror-image double bedrooms, each with an independent entrance, an ensuite bathroom with shower partially integrated into the room, and a private shaded terrace with sea view. Annex 3, of approximately 40 sq m, offers a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower and a private terrace with sea view. The thoughtful distribution of the rooms across independent units ensures that each guest enjoys both privacy and a strong connection to the surrounding natural landscape.

An extra cleaning fee applies for stays involving animals. The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen, initial cleaning, and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests do not pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival, and benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage caused to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00€ and subject to the restrictions provided.
