On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and air conditioning, which opens directly onto a terrace. An open kitchen is also situated on this level, fully equipped for your convenience. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms are arranged to suit a variety of guest configurations. 2 of these rooms each feature 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, while the third room is furnished with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. All 3 bedrooms on this floor benefit from individual air conditioning units. A bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC serves this level.
