The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a Scandinavian wood stove, cable TV, and a DVD player, with direct access to the large balcony. An open kitchen with a bar connects seamlessly to this communal space and is fully equipped with 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a combination microwave, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Nespresso capsules are available as an extra. A dedicated luggage room provides additional practical storage for guests.

The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a flat-screen TV, a shower, and a WC, with direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom features 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm mattresses with a length of 200 cm, and also opens onto the balcony. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed of 90 cm width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access. A separate bath with WC serves as the second bathroom for the apartment.
