"Perla Blu" is a thoughtfully designed 3-room vacation rental apartment of 60 m2, situated on the ground floor and comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a double sofabed that provides additional sleeping flexibility, and opens directly onto the terrace, inviting natural light and outdoor connection into the living space. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and also benefits from direct access to the terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The second bedroom is equally appointed with a double bed and includes a private shower and WC, offering added convenience and privacy for guests. A large, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living area, enhancing the sense of space throughout the apartment. A separate shower room with bidet and WC serves the remaining areas of the apartment, bringing the total bathroom count to 2.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
