The fully open kitchen is thoughtfully appointed and connects seamlessly to the living area. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, the property features 2 bedrooms: the first is a double room with 1 bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second room contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor also includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower, along with an additional separate WC.
