A large, open kitchen is also located on this level, equipped with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates and a dining nook that provides an additional casual eating area. A shower and WC complete the ground floor, serving as the property's 1 bathroom. The upper floor hosts 2 rooms: 1 room with 1 French bed measuring 200 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, together forming the property's 1 bedroom floor. The upper level also benefits from terrace furniture and a sitting area, all set against a beautiful view of the countryside.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
