Partly renovated in 2025, the apartment offers bright, beautiful, and cosy furnishings throughout both floors.

On the main level, the living and dining room serves as the heart of the apartment, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, cable television, a hi-fi system, a DVD player, and a DVD collection available for guest use. This space opens directly onto a north-facing balcony. The fully equipped open kitchen is also located on this floor and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set available in both chinoise and cheese styles. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A separate WC is also found on this floor, and a second exit to the balcony provides additional outdoor access.
