Shower/WC. Electric heating, boiler (48 litres). Upper floor: (ladder) mezzanine with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace 22 m2. Terrace furniture, covered balcony, sitting area. Beautiful view of the lake and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
