The former barns and stables on the premises have been carefully restored with their original architectural features preserved and turned into a charming hamlet with 4 bedrooms, 4 apartments and large rooms suitable for events and ceremonies.
The interiors are welcoming and tastefully furnished.
Within the property, there also is a manor house occupied by the owners during the summer months. A charming ancient barn was turned into a large dining room with a patio. Outside, guests can also enjoy use of a beautiful swimming pool with Roman steps.
This property was selected to represent the "excellence" of Sicily at the "Brand Italy" exhibition that took place in Quatar in November 2014.
Distances: groceries 2 km, the lovely small town of Petralia Soprana 10 km away, Cefalù (beaches) approx. 50 km, Palermo 100 km, Catania 120 km away. Within 40 km there are important places of interest such as Gangi (elected the most beautiful hamlet in Italy in 2014), Castelbuono, Geraci, Polizzi, Sperlinga and Nicosia.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished outdoor areas, beautiful swimming pool with Roman steps (18 x 7,5 m – max depth 1,45 m – open from 01/05 through 30/09) situated in panoramic position, Italian garden dating back to the first half of the18th century decorated with box trees and myrtles. Breakfast and half-board service available upon request (guests can enjoy nice recipes of the local tradition and high-quality products).

The surrounding area offers an ideal terrain for Nordic walking.
This estate produce organic olive oil, wine, vegetables, wheat and home-made marmalade.
