The second bedroom is fitted with 1 sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds with 2 individual sleeping spaces, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, completing a practical and refined interior layout.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
