On the ground floor, a bright and welcoming living and dining room is furnished with tasteful and practical décor, featuring a flat screen TV and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the living space and includes a dining table, making it ideal for shared meals. A first bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private bathroom with bath and WC, as well as a fan for added comfort. A separate WC is also available on this level, along with a direct exit to the garden. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms each feature 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and both rooms are equipped with a fan. A shower room with WC serves the upper floor. Outdoor spaces include a terrace of 15 m2 and a large garden, both enhanced by terrace furniture for relaxing al fresco moments.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
