The open kitchen is directly integrated into the living space, creating a fluid and functional layout. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. A balcony with a north-east facing position completes the studio, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
