The main living and dining area is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a comfortable sleeping and relaxing space. A dedicated alcove houses an additional bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a more private resting area within the open-plan layout. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, specifically within the alcove. The apartment includes a kitchenette area equipped for everyday meal preparation, and the bathroom features a bath and WC. A small south-east facing balcony is accessible directly from the living area, furnished with balcony furniture and offering a very beautiful view of the mountains.

The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive selection of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette is outfitted with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Tassimo capsules, which are provided free of charge. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
