Please be aware that part of the house is closed and unoccupied during your stay. The development is situated approximately 30 m from a main road, and the neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise. As such, guests are kindly expected to maintain quietness and demonstrate good behaviour throughout their visit, out of respect for the surrounding community and fellow guests. The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms, each offering direct access to the terrace with the exception of one.
