Please be aware that part of the house is closed and unoccupied during your stay. The development is situated approximately 30 m from a main road, and the neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise. As such, guests are kindly expected to maintain quietness and demonstrate good behaviour throughout their visit, out of respect for the surrounding community and fellow guests. These house rules are an integral part of the stay and guests are encouraged to observe them at all times to ensure a harmonious experience for everyone within the complex.

On the ground floor, the living and dining room extends over 40 m2 and includes 1 double sofabed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing an additional sleeping option for guests. This welcoming communal space opens directly onto a 20 m2 terrace with sea views. A separate WC is also located on this level. The fully equipped kitchen is independent and features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer. Underfloor heating is installed on the ground floor.
The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms, each offering direct access to the terrace with the exception of one. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed and is served by a private bathroom complete with a bath, bidet, WC, and hand-basin. The second bedroom contains 2 beds and also opens onto the terrace. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 beds and is served by a second bathroom featuring a bath, bidet, and WC. Underfloor heating is also present on the upper floor.
