The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, bringing the total to 3 bedrooms across the property. The first of these upper-floor rooms features sloping ceilings and is furnished with 1 sofabed and 1 double bed, along with a private shower and WC. The second upper-floor room contains 2 beds and is also served by its own shower and WC, completing the 3 bathrooms available throughout the chalet. A furnished terrace extends the living space outdoors, offering a very beautiful view of the valley.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
