The apartment comfortably accommodates a maximum of 7 guests and features 2 bedrooms along with 1 bathroom. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and dining room, which is equipped with 1 double sofabed, a dining nook, and a flat screen cable TV. From the living area, you have direct access to both the garden and the terrace. The 1 double bedroom offers a comfortable and private sleeping space, while the second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds and 1 set of 2 bunk beds, also benefiting from a direct exit to the terrace. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and separate from the living area, providing a practical and well-appointed cooking space.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, and 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, making meal preparation straightforward and enjoyable. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
