A separate small lounge with an open-hearth fireplace is located in the entrance area; please be aware that this secondary living space does not have a window. A small luggage room provides convenient additional storage upon arrival.

The first bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it a versatile room suitable for mixed sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length and includes a private shower and WC. A second shower and WC is also available separately within the apartment, serving the remaining rooms. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A large terrace of 18 m2, partly roofed, extends the living space outdoors and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.
