The first bedroom is appointed with a double bed, while the second room offers both a sofabed and a double bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups. A dedicated room features oak wood elements, thoughtfully designed to promote a restful sleep. The kitchen and living area are combined into a welcoming open-plan space equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dining nook perfect for shared meals. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. A roofed terrace complete with outdoor furniture extends the living space outdoors, offering a marvellous distant view of the mountains.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
