A large living room on this level is equipped with a flat screen cable television, a radio, and a CD player, and opens directly onto the garden. A shower and WC complete the facilities on this floor. On the upper floor, a fourth double bedroom provides a comfortable and private retreat. This level also features a spacious living and dining room with a Scandinavian wood stove, a radio, and a CD player, along with direct access to a terrace. The open-plan kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A bathroom with bath, shower, and WC serves this floor. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
