The living and dining room features a dining nook and provides direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. A separate kitchen and living room area includes a dining table and also opens onto the balcony, offering a second point of access to the outdoor space. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 single bed and 1 double bed and includes a hand-basin. The remaining 2 bedrooms are both double rooms, each equipped with a hand-basin and shower for added privacy and convenience. The bathroom facilities are completed by a separate WC and a full bath, shower, and WC combination, bringing the total to 3 bathrooms. The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal space to relax while taking in the sweeping mountain and valley scenery.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
