The kitchen and living room are combined into a single open-plan area, complete with a dining nook, making it an ideal space for shared meals and relaxation. From this area, as well as from one of the bedrooms, you have direct access to 1 of the 2 balconies, both of which are furnished with terrace furniture, inviting you to enjoy the surrounding alpine scenery. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC, accounting for the 1 bathroom that serves the entire apartment.

The kitchen is well equipped to support comfortable self-catering stays, featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
