The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located on the same level, alongside a separate WC. On the upper floor, you will find 2 generously sized bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 room with 2 individual beds. The upper floor also houses the main bathroom, complete with a shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin. The property benefits from a large roofed terrace and a private patio, both offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and countryside.

This vacation rental is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
