From this room, you have direct access to the loggia, where you can enjoy a marvellous view of the sea. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing a comfortable and restful retreat. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2 guests. The apartment also includes an open-plan kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates, a microwave, and a freezer, seamlessly integrated into the living space. The bathroom features a shower and WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
