On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 45 square metres serves as the heart of the home, featuring a double sofabed and direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom on this level is a double room, while a second bedroom is equipped with 2 beds and also benefits from its own access to the terrace. A fully fitted kitchen on this floor includes 4 hot plates and an oven, ideal for preparing meals during your stay. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, a third bedroom fitted with 2 beds and air conditioning offers a comfortable and private retreat, accompanied by a second shower room with WC.
