A separate dining room, also equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, and a fan, provides a dedicated space for meals and relaxation, with its own exit to an 8 m2 balcony. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer. The apartment features 2 shower rooms, each with a WC, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
