The apartment includes 1 bathroom configured as a shower and WC. From the living area, a direct exit leads to a roofed terrace of 14 m2, also south-facing, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a marvellous view of the sea, the countryside, and the resort.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
