On the ground floor, the heart of the home is a welcoming living and dining room, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove and underfloor heating, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. From this space, you have direct access to the garden and the terrace. Also on the ground floor, 1 room is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The ground floor also features a well-equipped kitchenette fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom, also located on the ground floor, includes a bath, shower, and WC, and benefits from underfloor heating as well as an integrated sauna.

On the upper floor, 2 rooms are arranged beneath sloping ceilings, each without a wardrobe, as the shared wardrobe with single and double hanging sections is located in the small upstairs hallway.
