This floor includes 1 bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, as well as 1 bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2 x 90 cm sleepers with a length of 190 cm. The kitchen on this level is fully equipped, and a shower with WC serves this floor.

On the lower ground floor, a second living and dining area features 1 double sofabed measuring 1 x 140 cm with a length of 190 cm, and opens directly onto a large terrace. This level also includes 1 additional bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, complete with a hand-basin and a flat screen satellite TV, as well as its own exit to the garden.
