Direct access from the living room leads to the garden and terrace. An open kitchen with a dining table completes the ground floor, offering everything needed for comfortable self-catering stays. The property also benefits from floor heating throughout this level. On the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, the house offers 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings that add to the cottage's distinctive character. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
