In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] It was a week that met our expectations. We liked the house and the furnishings very much, as well as the friendliness of the landlord, but unfortunately only in English.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this place. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the landlord and his family, although we got to the house later than expected. The landlord is incredibly friendly and speaks English quite well. He was always available via phone to answer our questions and he even recommended a few excursion destinations near the house. The house itself is located in a very quiet area, whereby the next supermarket is only a few minutes away. It was not only clean, but also spacious and cozy. It is also equipped with a beautiful terrace and multiple seating and lounging facilities. The surrounding garden is also very spacious and well-kept and includes a pool with a counter-current system, a barbecue, a playground, a giant trampoline and two bicycles that you can use. Furthermore, inside the house there is a small whirlpool, a massage shower, a sauna, a washing machine, TVs and a dishwasher - all fully functional. Things like toilet paper, kitchen towels, soap, a hair dryer, etc. were all already present. Also, the WIFI connection was great. To sum up, we really enjoyed our stay and can recommend this house to everybody.
